Relying on assorted printouts, emails, and scribblings for your travel plans is about as wise as writing your Blossom vs Predator fan fiction on bar napkins. Consolidate your globe-trotting particulars with TripIt.
Just launched, TI's a free service that'll centralize all the info for your next vacation/business trip/flight from justice, then let you access it anywhere there's an internet connection. To use, set up an account, then forward airline, hotel, and rental car confirmation emails to the TI overlords, who'll mash 'em into a skeleton itinerary stored on their servers (a far safer place than your fridge to post rep-ruining EuroDisney reservations). Then, flesh out your plans by using their TripClipper (a PC-only plug-in) to flag any restaurants, museums, sights, or local Sharper Image franchises you unearth while browsing the 'net for funnish activities. Once you're loaded up, TI'll pull relevant maps, driving directions, and even weather reports into your plan -- though if their predictive powers are as accurate your local news', you'll end up wearing a flip flops to a tsunami.
Another nifty feature: you can share your plan with friends and family, making them either "viewers" with no editing powers (handy for airport pick-up arrangements), or "collaborators" who can change the plan at will -- just in case Mayim Bialik finally agrees to meet you in LA, "someplace very public".
