Brought to you by Cantina's owner, a local sommelier, and a Peruvian distiller, Encanto's an artisanal grape brandy that's produced in Peru's Ica Valley and hand-blended n' rested for 9 months to bring out its smooth texture/aroma and notes of spice. It won out consistently in blind taste tests administered by the Cofradás, a private society of Peruvian somms, bartenders, professors, and...well, ok, anybody from Peru.
