On weekdays it's packed with the wealthy (and the rascals who suckle at their teats), but this swank supper club's courting a younger crowd for Sunday nights -- when a three-course meal (app, entrée, dessert) will run you $42 instead of the typical $72. Later in the evening the live band gets louder and the tables are cleared out for dancing -- giving you something to do on the Upper East besides shuffling sadly down the sidewalk, wishing you had teats.
