Wildwood

Cheffed by a former Hill Country deputy pitmaster, Wood's a cafeteria-style, blackened steel and wood beam'd resto pouring 50 beers and serving four delectable types of ribs, plus pork brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, and kielbasa. Benoit

A two-story bistro decked out in red-velvet banquettes and vintage Parisian posters, Alain Ducasse's latest is serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner (pike quenelles w/ Nantua sauce, steak au poivre w/ pommes soufflés), plus 200 white and red varietials, 65% from France and 35% from the U.S. (it would've been 0% U.S., were it not for the feckless Maginot Wine).
