Sample an international array of clear spirits, from Holland's controversially named "Bong", to "Herb's Vodka" -- infused with cilantro, fennel, and other sadly unbongable plants. You'll also get a nonstop procession of Valbella's upscale Italian chow, plus a smattering of new gins -- who'll be slightly bitter being the +1 at someone else's Fest.
