The basics: you host a vino-centric event for 12-400 people at your location of choice (your apartment, your workplace, your boat, a stranger's boat, whatever). Sexy'll supply the wine -- and the unreasonably attractive "sommeliers". Exactly what qualifies these aspiring actresses/models as experts is vague (see the "Wine Experience" line in their bios), but each has at least some restaurant/culinary experience, and the ability to memorize notes from SS's actual-sommelier founder while commuting on the subway.
