Seating's split between the airy, windows-on-the-street downstairs cafe (open now) and the soon-to-open dining room, brightly carpeted and lorded over by immense circular chrome ceiling fixtures -- like the rings that imprisoned General Zod in the Phantom Zone of...Midtown?
