Opened today, the Little Owl/Market Table guy's 31-seat, bi-level bar-staurant gets comfortably rustic with a zinc u-shaped bar, barn-wood tables, an original tin ceiling, antique wooden crates & wire baskets, and portraits of friends' grandfathers. Hearty grub's from a Bouchon Bakery vet and runs from smalls like shrimp & grits and duck rillettes, to mains like whole fried fish and rib-eye for two; booze includes ~40 vinos, a bourbon-heavy bar, and taps of Six Point Righteous Rye, Allagash White, and Molson, each available as pints or 7oz "shorties", which wanna be a mug.
