The Craigslist/GMap apartment listing mash-up's added a slew of new, including an iPhone app, a keyword filter, a "QuickMail" option (creates an editable inquiry form you can breezily email to interesting listings), direct posting capability, and, most recently, a listings collab with Apartments.com, increasing the number of higher-end options while reducing the odds you'll end up meeting Philip Markoff.
