MARK Burger

A corridor-like space outfitted with simple cushioned banquettes/stools and a 20-seat bar made of wooden beams reclaimed from the building, MARK's hyperfocused chalkboard menu includes: in-house ground chuck/short rib/sirloin sliders (optionally mixed w/ cured and smoked pork belly) topped with American cheese and fried onions; fresh-cut, skin-on French fries; baked-daily apple & pecan pies; milkshakes from Vanilla to Guinness; and drafts including Sixpoint and Spaten. There're also seasonal plans to serve Nordic mulled wine, sure to elicit goading cheers of "Glögg! Glögg! Glögg! Glögg!"
