From two beef loving New York buddies, this just-launched blog painstakingly breaks down burgers into three categories -- meat, topping, bread -- before assigning a final ranking of 1 to 5 carts; though currently having only given full treatment to a handful of joints (e.g., Royale, Burger Joint), they maintain a list of to-be-dissected "hyped" spots, including Del Frisco's, Big Nick's, and Back Forty, a nickname soon to describe the heft of their buns.
