Just opened in East Hampton's newly renovated Maidstone, the Living Room provides a B&B atmosphere (leather couches, brick & stone fireplace, grandma-green cabinets) for the lusty takedown of 200+ wines (including 18 locals) and Scandinavian-inflected breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner. Entrees include Berkshire pork chop with maple-soy glaze and Milk Pail apple compote, roasted rack of lamb with basil-infused crust, and grilled Norwegian salmon made with fresh herbs from the exec chef's garden, making him part of the .1% of the herb-growing population that doesn't just head straight to Taco Bell.
