Benu

Former French Laundry chef de cuisine Corey Lee (Thomas Keller's go-to dude) makes his first solo mission with Benu, a highly calculated, super-subtle high-end resto complete with wine lockers installed for regulars who want to bring their own vino. The menu's got a la carte deliciousness (a beef rib steak with an oxtail marmalade), and a 15-course tasting menu that includes "thousand-year-old" quail egg, shark's fin soup and sea urchin n' pork belly, and'll take around three hours, but be wary, as that's exactly what the opening credits told Gilligan.
