The Ipswich swill makers recently launched a limited-quantity program that lets you distill/age your fave molasses-y booze (on premise) in mass quantities of 3, 5, 10, or 15 gallons (although stupid laws require it be bottled for final distribution), complete with a customized lined wooden display barrel and one-day distilling workshop.
