Decked in reclaimed wood and vintage parlor furniture, Scoff's 40+ bottles of gin get turned into 'tails like the Saint Charles (Jasmine-infused Death's Door, apricot liqueur, Peychaud's, absinthe rinse), while their dozen drafts will always be half taken-over by a single brewer (first up: Lagunitas). To fortify, the list of $8 plates runs from Gruyere & onion-sauced brisket sammies to goat cheese souffle, all cooked up by a Longman & Eagle vet, proving that every good eagle man has something for youuuuuu.
