Zi South
Don't buy peanuts or Cracker Jacks -- you need to save room!

Nobly ensuring that the people around Coors Field don't become as thin as the air above it: Zi South, Blake Street's newest, Southwest-iest, most modernly sparse eatery (in the future, there is no clutter), now ready to serve 170 of Denver's hungriest amidst stone floors, oversized booths, and a wall of cascading water.

Pre-game your pre-game with starters like a shrimp & tilapia ceviche, cornmeal-crusted calamari with pico, and chipotle BBQ or honey Sriracha wings, plus specialties imported from their Englewood sister resto like the green chile/ ground beef Patty Dip, and a specialty queso/ Patty Dip hybrid called Zi Pow -- so good, you'll have to dip swiftly if you want fresh tracks.

Want the whole enchilada? Then order that very thing (it's got chicken, jack cheese, and from-scratch green chile); or hop on a queso-blanco chili relleno plate, seafood tacos like mahi, fried cod, or pan-seared shrimp (with jicama slaw/ pineapple salsa), and the Zi Queso Burrito with fajita steak or chicken, rice, and black Charro beans.

Pray it doesn't go into extra innings, because Zi'll also be hosting a solid postgame from 10p-1a, offering up highlights from their menu (it's not completely set yet... but there will definitely be tacos!) and six taps including a rotating seasonal like New Belgium's Dig, something no one actually has to do when trotting around the bases at Coors... which is good, considering how fat they'll all be now.
