The espresso maker of beers
Leave it to two former Microsoft nerds up in the Emerald City to find a tech-savvy alternative to the laborious and tedious process of brewing beer. The PicoBrew Zymatic is their lazyman design. Throw in your grains and hops into step-specific chambers, press go, then leave. After that's done (which takes about an 3.5 hours) add some yeast and a week later you're ready for some tasty home brews. And forget about cleanup, this thing is dishwasher safe. The first production round will cost you $1,399 and will be delivered in March of next year. Hurry up, though, the first two pilot runs are already sold out.
