Not the Pookie kind, these "Crackheads" are giant, head-borne, Eagles-green foam replicas of the Liberty Bell (complete with requisite crack), a design its Fishtown creators describe as "ludicrously awesome" -- as opposed to starring in two episodes of SVU AND Fred Claus, cause that's "awesomely Ludacris".
