Replacing SNOB Wine Bar in Polk Village, The Pour House adds four new beers on tap, and eight new bottles (including NorCal favs Humboldt Hemp, Speakeasy Big Daddy IPA and Sierra Nevada Torpedo), while still maintaining its wine bar chops (10 red, nine white, and three sparkling on tap, plus a massive reserve list). The decor has a few new wrinkles as well, including an exterior vibe in the interior (three new indoor tin roof overhangs and two fake windows), steel beer bucket lamp shades, and additional seating in the form of three church pews -- convincing a girl to sit with you is only a matter of invoking a Holy Boast.
