Now open in Beaverton, Veggie Grill is the first non-Cali location of the cultish vegetarian fast-casual joint, and is slinging taste-bud-tricking sandwiches like a Santa Fe Crispy Chickin' (don't be fooled: the chickin' is both veggie protein and purposely spelled wrong) w/ avocado & spicy mayo, and the Bali Bliss (sauteed Indonesian-style tempeh, chipotle ranch, avocado, etc), as well as apps like nachos with definitely not-beef chili, and BBQ-sauced Chill Out Wings, also what Mad About You said in 1993 when Tony Shalhoub and crew started pwning them in the Nielsens.
