This recently opened French Quarter-inspired eatery's unleashing monster Big Easy-style breakfast and lunch menus, including at least eight different Eggs Benedict preparations in the AM, plus midday Fried Chicken Gumbo and fried oyster/fried gulf shrimp/blackened redfish Po' Boys. To take the edge off, take down Creole Bloody Marys, Brandy Milk Punch, and Ramos Gin Fizzes that'll have you oozing as much machismo as Razor...Ramos.
