Thrillist San FranciscoEveryone needs a little help from their friends, unless of course they're the very same Friends who drive you to abuse ungodly amounts of Vicodin, speed, and Methadone...get out of that toxic apartment, Chandler!? For a streetwear store who can count on its friends, hit Infinite.
No longer content to just e-hawk their own gear, Limb X Limb's honchos've opened a TL brick n' mortar called Infinite, where the dramatically back-lit shelves're stocked with fresh new drops from not just their own line of graphic tees/crew necks, but also richly varied duds (and accessories) from several heavy-hitting streetwear contemporaries, a move intended to drive foot traffic and in turn elevate their own brand's status to baller (from shuttlecocker). Cut & Sew comprises a nice chunk of the non-LXL awesome, e.g., satin varsity jackets from Mishka (that rock Indian chiefs instead of numbers), grey cotton "deck jackets" by Amongst Friends (with contrast stitched/elastic hems n' cuffs), and street-ready wool sweaters by King Stampede in sailboat-friendly cream/navy -- note: you still are NOT on a boat, man. On the accessories front, Infinite's stocking 70/80s-esque 9Five sunglasses, nutty gold Flud watches outfitted with mini turntables, and Acapulco Gold caps that're emblazoned with both camouflage and polka dots -- if people don't ask what they represent, don't tell.
As for the aforementioned Limb X Limb, it sports bold logos n' animal silhouettes, some of which come in the orange n' black colorway of the Giants, a team that just might get by this year with a little help from their friend, provided that friend is an actual giant who smooshes all opposing teams.
