Fancy burgers with fancier toppings in Macy's downtown

Bigwig chef Hubert Keller's newest joint's a Mecca for custom meat-wiches, housed in an expansive sixth floor enclave within Macy's downtown and classily done up with a long marble bar and high tables that spy Union Square through floor-to-ceiling windows. Top your prime beef, buffalo, or turkey burger off with anything from jalapeno bacon, to lobster, to cranberry sauce, or splurge for the chef's Kobe Rossini Burger (with shaved truffles and sauteed foie gras) for $60, which may cause you to think twice about that adorable pashmina you saw on the fifth floor.
