There's also a resto, decked out with a limestone-framed fireplace and 50-seat patio, which plates rustic American fare like slow-grilled strip loin in gnocchi ragout, and poached Arctic char w/ veal sweetbreads -- because nothing says villa-style relaxation like a dip in the hot tub, a deep-tissue massage, and ravenously devouring the brains of cage-raised baby animals.
