This year's fest offers up 70 microbrews, from Seattle faves like Elysian and Mac & Jack's to area up-and-comers like Chuckanut Brewery, Dad Watson's and Lazy Boy Brewing. Meanwhile, the Buxom Beer Garden's bigger than ever, with stand-up comedy, live bands including Champagne Champagne, The Redwood Plan and the Dudley Manlove Quartet, and, of course, the Miss Buxom beauty pageant, in which lederhose'd competitors vie for $1,000 in prizes, all awarded by audience applause; oddly, Miss Buxom also allows male contestants, so even after Dudley leaves the stage, the Manlove won't stop.
