Sat Nov 7; Various Locations; Green Lake, Wallingford, Fremont
This “awkwardly awesome” short film festival is actually held in 10+ living rooms around the city, with a unique program repeating on the hour at each location. Globally sourced submissions include a film noir about jaywalking, a probably farcical special about a professional team of Duck Duck Goose players, and a Matthew Modine-narrated animation about a fascist Santa Claus (hit the bomb shelters, here comes the Blitzen).
Just $10 gets you into all the living rooms, and you don't have to sneak in snacks. Get info and tix at CouchFestFilms.com.
