These vintage "neck scarves" are as practical (can be hand-tied, or button adjusted) as they are geek-stylish; freshly dropped fall looks include brown, navy, black, and white polka dot numbers in cotton or recycled wool, plus more rugged pieces in Pendleton plaid, all made individually by a full-time construction worker from Portland -- probably the only man at the work-site to find sewing so riveting.
