From the Tribeca Grill and Atlas guys, this modern Frog boite (branch-embossed white walls, brass pipe chandeliers) plates up unique meats like lamb neck, the shark-like cobia w/ black olive tapenade, and foie gras w/ beet borscht gelee. They're starting out with a select French-only wine list (Bonneau du Martray 1996, Henri Jayer Echezeaux Grand Cru 2001...), but'll soon allow customers making reservations the option of special ordering any bottle found on the website of Crush Wine & Spirits -- Drew Nieporent's shop, though it sounds like Krushchev's, or perhaps Andre The Giant's.
