Personal training, wherever you are

Personal trainers are great and all, but they'll never be at your beck and call unless you can overpower them, in which case they should be paying you. For personal training you can take with you, InerTrain.

A Chi-based concern from a dude whose previous gig required enough travel/relocation that it made having a personal trainer a pipe dream, InerTrain uses the web to provide personalized training sessions that fit into your schedule, because you can't always take an extended lunge break. Start by selecting a package (from a two-week trial to unlimited) and filling out a detailed profile w/ info on your availability, fitness goals, health issues, etc., and they'll follow up by recommending the trainers from their vast hulk harem best suited to your needs, allowing you to choose one that best fits you, lest your pants never do so again. Taking into account your schedule/avail facilities, your trainer'll develop a program -- along w/ instructional vids to ensure you're doing the exercises right -- updating it on a workout-by-workout basis to accommodate your feedback and whims (even swashbuckling treasure hunters can stand to work their Kegels).

They also provide resources like a proprietary platform to track your progress over time, as well as a library with extras like protein shake recipes, though if they want to see someone shake it, they should really be paying you.
