Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. Those who cannot remember the past are... oh CMON, GOD DAMMIT!! At least the Poles behind G. Gerlach remember the past, as evidenced by two new watches paying homage to the crews from a pair of WWII subs (the Sokol and the Dzik) dubbed the "Terrible Twins" by the German navy, who know a thing or two about brats. Aesthetically inspired by the official Polish naval diving watches from back when, but incorporating modern parts & tech, both models are limited to a Gerard Butler-less production of 300. A closer look:

With luminous bezels, dials, and markers, every watch is encased in surgical-grade stainless steel and pressure-resistant sapphire crystal, rendering it water-resistant 200m deeper than you.

The steel case's back & crown are engraved with details paying tribute to the namesake subs, e.g., a relief of one cresting the water along w/ its name and pennant number.

With shock-resistant automatic movement pulled from lauded manufacturer Sea-Gull, the inner-workings include ruby bearings described as "genuine synthetic", just like the super-convincing abs on Gerard Butler and his 299 closest friends.
