Postcard Inn at Holiday Isle
St. Pete's awesomely laid-back Postcard Inn is officially opening a new expanded locale this weekend on Islamorada's Holiday Isle, which’s bringing along the "Home of The Rum Runner" Tiki Bar and Swiss Family Robinson feel, while dropping $11mil to outfit the retro beachside fishing retreat with 14 Lanai suites (with private beach access) and a massive pool. Ensure you look terrible at said pool by grabbing eats at the first-ever Shula Burger, like goat cheese-covered short rib patties and conch fritters that presumably have plenty of Kiick.
