Yep, this beautiful Italian village is for sale on eBay, and it's cheap

So you didn't win the free Spanish town. You got outbid for the haunted Venetian island. And $80 million was simply too much throw down for Dracula's castle in Transylvania. Don't worry, you're still in luck: Turns out, another picturesque small town in Europe is now up for auction.

Yes, with one click of the "Buy Now" button on eBay -- and a bank account that contains at least $333,057 -- you could own all of Borgata Calsazio, a charming mountain village near Turin, Italy.

There is one catch, though. Unlike the decidedly less attractive town of Swett in South Dakota, also for sale, you won't have Borgata Calsazio all to yourself; a few residents still live there -- and they'll expect you to revamp the delightful (albeit slightly dilapidated) hamlet. But not with creepy dolls like this Japanese town. No, as the new proprietor, you'd be required to foot the bill for restoring Borgata Calsazio's fourteen wood and stone homes -- according to a plan set out by the National Union of Mountain Communities.

Think about it: despite the extra work, you'll still be spending far less than the dude who stole the haunted island out from under you, and at least now there won't be any plague-stricken ghosts lurking around.
