Heathrow Airport now sells fancy picnic boxes to take on-board

If you're not a fan of gross airplane food (and why would you be, really), you need to book your next international flight through London. Why? Because Heathrow Airport now offers picnic boxes for passengers to take on-board their flights. And they actually call them picnic "hampers", which is even better.

Yep, everything from pizza, curry, and caviar, to sushi and classic fish and chips is available, as every single one of the airport's 118 restaurants is taking part. That even includes gourmet dishes courtesy of famous chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal.

While picnic hampers were previously available at some of Heathrow's restaurants, this is the first time they're being sold throughout the entire airport. They run anywhere from $8 to $80.
