Eat An Entire Lamb at Wild Ginger

The downtown resto's just dropped the first of a schton of dishes that'll feature every usable part of a whole organ lamb from Shibui Farms on Vashon Island, starting with an Indonesian-style roast that's been marinated for two days, Singapore Lamb Soup, and a yogurt-based Malay dish of leg meat called Rogan Josh, though, that MUST be a Joe-ke.
