Sporting a sidewalk cafe and bar, the Ouest guy's 170-seat table-clothed brasserie's decked out with hardwood floors, speckled mirrors, and maroon banquettes you can smoothly butt-slide right to the end of. Suds're mostly Euro (Kronenbourg on tap, bottled Chimay, etc) while servers sling Old World-inflected grub ranging from house ground hamburger, to Moules Frites w/ tomato saffron broth, to "Coeurs et Gesiers", i.e., red wine braised duck gizzards and grilled duck hearts (wild hearts can't be broken, but they can certainly be grilled).
