Mud Hen Water is all about Hawai‘i's rich history: its name comes from the ancient Hawai‘ian community of Wai’alae and the menu is hyper-locally sourced. At brunch Mud Hen offers a Bloody Mary bar and options like Bali Banana Pancakes and the Pig Face & Kim Chee Omelette (served with watercress salad and pig’s ears).
