Kyloe Restaurant and Grill, located in on the first floor of The Rutland Hotel in the Old Town, is Edinburgh’s first gourmet steak restaurant. This spot boasts incredible views of the castle and is decorated with dark wood and plenty of cow hides. The menu includes traditional cuts, along with more unusual ones chosen for their texture and flavor, plus an a la carte menu which features Scottish seasonal produce.
