Landlocked Utah isn't well-known for its sushi. Neither is a ski hut. And yet, this secluded cabin overlooking Wasatch Range, which features standard Rocky Mountain fare like grilled fish and meats, was the surprise winner of Salt Lake City Weekly’s “Best of Utah - Best Sushi Roll" for their crab and avocado stuffed ahi tuna roll.
