Helmed by Dino's former chef, Floridano's an ex-postal truck outfitted with Latin graphics and Chiquita Banana-chick-reminiscent murals, serving up a limited but tasty menu of three sandwiches, including the classic Cuban "Fidel", the kaffir lime chicken/charred salsa/avocado "Chicken Chiang Mai", and the turkey meatloaf/pickled green mango/arugula/tamarind BBQ sauce "Ho Chi Banh Mi" -- see, just like your global studies teacher told you, violent insurrection is delicious.
