During this weekend's inaugural event, the Linden winery's pairing up six locally made fudges with a half-dozen of its best bottles, including a Riesling w/ orange soda fudge (has a “dreamsicle” taste), chocolate mint with the chardonnay/pinot/Riesling blend Freezeland White, and Le Renard Grey with pina coloda fudge, a virtual guarantee that whatever you end up making at midnight, it won't be love.
