Seating 300, the newest Grille sports a bar and dining room below and three private rooms up top, all with red mahogany walls covered in mesh, personal wine lockers, and portraits of locals ranging from musket-wielding soldiers to a Muppet-wielding Jim Henson. 240 bottles of wine're stored in a central glass closet, while morsels include Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Bone-In Kona Crusted Dry Aged Sirloin, and a 12-Year Balsamic Delmonico that's been Porcini rubbed, a crime for which Porcini got 12 years.
