Coming weeks will focus on heavier gins and fuller-bodied tonics (eg. Plymouth and Aviation w/ Hayman's Old Tom), and barley-distilled, wood-aged Dutch styles like New Amsterdam, Zuidam, and Bols Genever; everything's available a la carte on their "Gin Manifesto" menu, whose 30 varieties will put the "short-lived" in your revolution.
