Set to open Saturday in an apartment building basement, Thai Tanic's 2nd location is a long, window-lined den filled with ornamental sculptures, and serving up grub from crab/shrimp/chicken wanton "Kanom Jeep" to soft-shell crab pad thai; meanwhile, party-thaime cocktails include the vodka/Thai tea "Bangkok Sunset", and the vodka/Malibu/pineapple-cranberry/Red Bull "Bull Witch Project", which despite the hype, will probably just leave you feeling nauseous and confused.
