Planning to finally open Friday, TBJ's replicating the magically beefy formula of their Bethesda and Old Town spots with proven winners like the roasted mushroom/caramelized onion/blue cheese "Wellington" and the 10oz chipotle/poblano/onion "Southwestern"; the rock-themed décor's also the same, with the only real difference being noticeably more Elton John album covers on the wall -- though if someone saves your life tonight, it'll likely be a cardiac surgeon.
