Sauca Food Truck

Hitting the streets today, this high-tech truck'll stuff you with internationally inspired griddle-'wiches like the coconut-sauced Pork Banh Mi, the mango pico/hot chili sauce Mexicali Fish Taco, and the cardamom/curry "Mumbai Butter Chicken", and entertain you with 4-mic karaoke with roof-mounted cameras that live-feed customers onto a side-mounted flatscreen. Sadly, you'll get arrested for inciting theft when you sing "Take Banh Mi".
