Fiola

Modeled after a modern Italian villa, Fiola boasts golden glass columns, a mosaic tile floor, eel leather booths, and an entire stone wall cut with vintage European window frames peering into a kitchen where a former James Beard winner's cooking up entrees like striped bass on a bed of crushed potatoes and Brodetto of Manila clams, a veal chop with prosciutto/ Ossobuco Jus and Alba hazelnuts, and a spaghetti chitarra (with Cacio cheese and crushed black peppercorn) prepared "Roman Style", meaning it'll flee to France after its noodle leads it into trouble.
