Blade at Fontainebleau

After fleeing its underground digs to make room for nightlife haunt Arkadia, Blade is back at the Fontainebleau, now sharing space with American cafe Vida. The result: Vida & Blade Sushi, which is serving V's staples like prime rib French dip along with a full menu of new Japanese starters like octopus carpaccio and yellowtail tartare, plus specialties like the salmon/ mozzarella/ fried garlic Blade Roll, which's a helluva lot thinner now that the government forced him to pay $9 million in back taxes.
