Go whole hog at this porky feast, where five regional chefs (including ATL's Kevin Rathbun and Todd Mussman, who've each received a heritage breed pig earlier this week to slaughter) will prepare dishes to be consumed and evaluated by you, pro judges, and other guests, before giving live swine-butchering demos at the event. You'll also sample vino from five winemakers, including Gamble Family, Domaine Serene, and Buty, too much of which will put on your own.
