Esperanza's Endless Summer Releases

When you hear about "summer releases", you tend to think about box-office blockbusters, and the recently paroled prison hitchhikers you're gonna pick up for company during them, because you can never finish one of those popcorns yourself. Releasing harmless t-shirts all summer, Esperanza.

In a noble effort to keep you not-naked, ATL tee-smith Esperanza recently instituted their "Endless Summer Releases" campaign, consisting of shirt drops every seven days 'till autumn, with designs largely celebrating Atlanta culture; they actually got an early start on the season, with four releases so far, in an attempt to augment summer's endlessness with beginningless. Already-released tees include the "Hold it Down" (a foam hand throwing the "A" symbol), the light blue "Phynancial Fitness (w/ five purple & teal WALK-sign-style runners & "HUSTLE ATL"), and the green, blue, or black, also "A"-hand-signed, "We Only Get Burned Once '09", alluding to the city's great fire of 1917, grudge-holding on par with your grandfather's rage over Eisenhower's sideburns. Other recent, non-Endless Summer drops include the gray "Star Bar" (w/ the L5P lounge's logo in neon blue, red, & yellow), the "Sweet Tea" (yellow, w/ a tea-filled Kool-Aid man saying "Sweeeet Tea"), and the navy, green baseball diamond-logo'd "2nd Annual Skip Caray", a tribute to longtime Braves broadcaster that says "Remember Skip", a mantra for local baseball/double-dutch fanatics.

On the horizon, there's exclusive-to-Wish ATL "Enjoy Atlanta Or Else", written in white on a red ribbon wrapped around a jagged-broken-bottom green Coke bottle -- the very implement for getting your buddy out of the joint alive and into his new prison: Transformers II.
