FG's the alter ego of Cafe's Chef Andy, who on weekend afternoons sets up a stand outside to cook Belgian-style street fries in peanut oil. You can also pick from 15 uniquely delicious sauces, including red curry ketchup, a variety of aiolis (garlic, pepperoncini, malt vinegar), mayos like caper dill and honey Sriracha cilantro, and the ketchup/ mayo/ raw onion "Sidewalk", into which you'll dip fry after fry until your appetite is finally curbed.
